Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 3 June 2026

This policy explains the rules for using Binder Pro safely and fairly.

Permitted Use

Binder Pro is intended to help legitimate trading-card sellers manage eBay listings, stock, prices, orders, labels, and related workflows.

You may only connect accounts and stores that you own or are authorised to manage.

Prohibited Use

You must not use Binder Pro for fraud, spam, abuse, scraping that breaches third-party terms, unauthorised access, misleading listings, counterfeit goods, policy evasion, or any unlawful activity.

You must not try to bypass usage controls, overload third-party APIs, interfere with service security, reverse engineer private systems, or access data belonging to another store.

Marketplace and Carrier Rules

You are responsible for following eBay policies, carrier rules, tax rules, consumer law, and any other rules that apply to your store.

If a third-party provider rejects an action, such as a listing, refund, label, or message, you remain responsible for resolving the underlying issue.

Enforcement

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this policy, create security risk, cause service disruption, or expose Binder Pro or other users to unacceptable risk.
